Customers Can Easily Request Returns from Their Account’s Order List

Our return and exchange policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your cosmetic item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Exchange Only Policy: Only If we sent the wrong item or a defective piece, we only offer exchanges, covering full return charges, providing refunds for the product, and the return shipment cost.

Acceptable Reasons for Returns: Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. The reason for return should be legitimate and acceptable.
  2. The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  3. The return is initiated within 7 days after delivery.
  4. Return acceptance requires the submission of an unboxing video of the broken product within the original packaging.

Cancellation Policy: If, unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. For outright cancellations by you:

  • If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will process the cancellation, and no charges will apply.
  • If the cancellation is placed after your product has shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and charges will apply.

Please note that once the product has been received, it will be eligible for replacement only in cases where defects are found with the product.
